Over the past 12 months we have been refining our approach to the way we service our clients and have been trialing our new support systems with a select number of our clients. These include our own online, email and telephone support escalation, tracking and reporting systems.

As a result we've developed a range of service focused support plans to enhance your support experience and expedite your software solution requirements - quickly and easily.

We are very pleased to introduce these to you and we encourage you to take advantage of the higher levels of support and confidence in our support of your software solution.

Our support plans provide better service and, depending on your plan choice, our standard hourly rate of $132 can be reduced to as low as $55 (GST inc)!
