What is HTML and do I have to know how to use it?

HTML (Hyper Text Markup Language) is what the internet uses to send and receive information, it is the language of the internet and YOU DO NOT HAVE TO KNOW HOW TO USE IT! When you send out an email blast!, your recipients will view them in either HTML (ie, with images, colour, animations etc) or plain text, depending on their needs or requirements. From your point of view, HTML is irrelevant as you will use email blast like a word processing application, its that simple!

What is 'spam'?

Spam is annoying 'junk' emails. email blast! is not 'spam' as your database will be made up of existing and interested potential clients. Any new entries to your database will be due to viewers requesting to join and they can choose to opt-out of receiving new emails by selecting unsubscribe in the newsletter. Even your existing clients can choose to not receive your newsletters if they wish. By sending personalised and relevant information to your target audience in a professional format, we believe that your emails will be well received and that your message will get across to your target audience. To avoid being seeing as spam, refrain from using gimmicky slogans or imagery, your newsletters should reflect your existing business style.

What about firewalls?

The email blast! application has been rigourously tested at both a corporate environment level and within the filtering systems of 'free' email programs such as Hotmail. In addition, once you have a sent a blast, you are advised how many emails were successfully sent.
