Features of Email Blast!

Tracking: Tracking allows you to test your promotions and zero in on things that work, helping you pull the best results from your advertising. This is a standard feature we provide with Email Blast! You can view the click-through's of those who receive the emails. This mean's that the owner of an Email Blast! account can see the date and time that an individual viewer clicked on a link within the email to enter their web site.

Templates: Included in the Email Blast setup is one template (which you choose from 6 pre-designed templates) for your own newsletter. We will amend the template colours to suit your company's branding and include your logo and images. The copy text can be personalised each time you send out a new Email Blast!

Format: Emails can be sent in plain text format, or as an HTML document if you want to add colourful text, graphic images, and other files such as multi media. Email Blast supports flash, shockwave and other media.

Unsubscribe: As per government legislation, recipients are able to unsubscribe themselves from your mailing list.

Managing Your Account: You are the master of your account! You simply login to Email Blast! and you are able to set up and execute efffective marketing campaigns, sustain and track all campaigns and view and enter campaign and job specifications.

Categories: Emails can be personalised and targeted to specific categories that you can create and, in line with current privacy requirements, viewers can unsubscribe from your list.

Your Contacts: As part of the initial setup, we can transfer your existing database into your Email Blast! acccount. But to increase your database, you can't just randomly sign people up for your newsletter. The easiest way to gather names is by simply asking your site visitors to sign up for your newsletter or updates. We will add a subscribe section to your existing website as part of your Email Blast! setup.

Send Blast: this is where you view past newsletter & campaigns you have sent, & where you choose one of your templates to start a new Email Blast!

Polling: Facility to include a questionnaire as part of the newsletter. In addition to reviewing your results at the conclusion of the poll, viewers can revieiw the current results online in real time.
