With differing target markets, our client has four separate motel properties which require an individual online presence to meet all needs in a cost effective manner.

A design was created, manipulated and rebranded so that each property displayed the features which would be attractive to their own target group. Each site contains Random Image Banners which reflect the property and their local attractions. Images may be changed or updated through the CMS as part of their combined Support + Subscription Agreement, where all sites are hosted and supported together in the one environment.
Two of the four properties have added a Slide Show to their banners which is also smartphone friendly. Testimonial modules were added to the other two properties, as their managers thought this was a good selling point. Three of the four properties have embedded Photo Galleries displaying internal and external views as well as local attractions. These are displayed as thumbnails which enlarge to 600 x 600 images.
Google Analytics have been installed with each property manager being provided with individual access to tracking visits. Individual reports are sent to each property manager for their own use.
An emphasis was also placed on maximising SEO’s with property features added to the footer of each individual site in an attempt to increase occupancy.
All in all, a very cost effective way to manage a broad range of properties, whilst providing personality and meet individual requirements.
