KLR Marketing, an agribusiness training company servicing clients across Australia was frustrated at continuing issues with their previous web development company. They needed a robust, but easy to manage system to handle their growing member driven website and increasingly disconnected managment tools.

A word in their ear from Lawson Communications and KLR Marketing came to bos web systems to get their online business back on track to allow them to continue focussing on the growth of their business and less time on web development headaches.

A logo revamp provided excellent timing to move and redevelop their entire website and online brand.

In addition to developing a member driven website, with forums, blogs, email marketing and easier to manage content management system, our solution also provided the KLR team with enhanced reporting tools to track member visits and usage, normal site usage and enhanced training course booking presentation.

We worked with the team at KLR Marketing to revamp and revitalise their site map so that it became more structured and easier to follow, guiding the new user to the key parts of the site quickly and without fuss.

This structured approach was also carried into the Mastermind Member area so that members could more easily get their fingers onto key market information at the click of a mouse. A entire new Knowledge Centre was created to house a vast wealth of data and information for KLR Marketing Mastermind members.

The entire database and all content was transferred to the new site with a minimum of fuss allowing the KLR team to get on with the job of managing their growing Agribusiness.

A key part of the ongoing success and growth of the KLR Marketing website will be our Customer Care plan. Our support team will be working closely with them to monitor and foster the ongoing success of their new website.
